CY 2025 Taxicab/Tow Car/Warehouse Permit Renewals

Current “24” Taxicab/Tow Car Decals and Warehouse Permits will expire at midnight December 31, 2024. The annual fee for the “25” decal or permit is due in either of our office locations by or before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025. Please review the applicable instructions below and submit complete vehicle reports to nta@nta.nv.gov (preferred method), faxed to (702) 486-2590 or mailed/hand-delivered to either address listed on the document below.

Taxicab Annual Fee Renewal

All carriers certificated by the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) must pay an annual fee of $75 for each vehicle in operation that falls under the definition of “taxicab” pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 706.471. Please refer to the attached guidance to complete the renewal process by or before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Tow Car Annual Fee Renewal

All carriers certificated by the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) must pay an annual fee of $36 for each vehicle in operation that falls under the definition of “tow car” pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 706.451. Please refer to the attached guidance to complete the renewal process by or before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Warehouse Permit Annual Fee Renewal

** Please review Updated Form and Instructions ** All carriers certificated by the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) must pay an annual fee of $50 for their warehouse permit pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) 712.050. Please complete the attached form to complete the renewal process by or before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025.

Limousine Decal Renewal FY2025

All carriers certificated by the Nevada Transportation Authority (NTA) must pay an annual fee of $100 for each vehicle in operation that falls under the definition of “limousine” pursuant to Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 706.080 and 706.124. Current “24” decals will expire at midnight June 30, 2024. The annual fee for the “25” decal is due in either of our office locations no later than 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 1, 2024. Please review the attached instructions and submit complete vehicle reports to nta@nta.nv.gov (preferred method), faxed to (702) 486-2590 or mailed/hand-delivered to either address listed on the document below.

Limousine Annual Fee Renewal Notice and Carrier Fleet List

Driver Permit Application form has been updated.

The Driver Permit Application and Driver Permit Revised Application have been updated. New versions of both forms have been mailed to all effected passenger transportation carriers and are effective immediately. Please see the letter and associated forms below. Authorized persons of the certificate carrier may request updated electronic versions of the driver permit applications by emailing NTA@NTA.NV.GOV.
