IMPORTANT NOTICES
The NTA wants to ensure that the public and our regulated community is made aware to any changes in the statutes and regulations that effect the NTA, the regulated community and the public. New regulations were passed in December of 2024 and it has come to our attention that they have not been codified in the NAC as of yet. Please be aware, that although these regulations have not been placed into the NAC and you do not see them reflected in the NAC, they are in effect. We are providing a link so that you may have access to these new regulations. Thank you
